salon appointment cancellations are understood with a 12 hour notice.

always prioritize your safety and wellness over our appointment. just share your estimated arrival with no worries.

event/bridal packages require a non-refundable 30% deposit to hold date. cancellation without discussion will request 50% of services total. cancellation fee within less than one month will request 20% of services total.

any allergies, sensitivities, or concerns should be shared ahead of appointment time.
